Ecu Pinout - Bosch M7

: Throttle position sensor (TPS) or accelerator pedal signal. Pin 18 : Vehicle speed sensor signal. Pin 19 : Knock sensor signal. Pin 58 : Oxygen sensor (Lambda) signal input. Communication and Programming (Boot Mode)

Low-side switch to activate the fuel pump. EGR / EVAP Purge Valve: Emissions controls. Bosch M7 Ecu Pinout

: Constant +12V power supply directly from the battery. Pin 43 : +12V ignition signal (after the main relay). Pin 63 : +12V supply after the main relay. Ignition and Injection Control Pins 1, 2, 4, 5 : Ignition coil control channels. : Throttle position sensor (TPS) or accelerator pedal signal

Pins are critical. If the ECU does not have a solid chassis ground, you will experience erratic sensor readings and injector failures. The M7 is known to be sensitive to voltage drops caused by poor grounds. Pin 58 : Oxygen sensor (Lambda) signal input

Locate the and find the attached AM29F400 Flash Chip .

If a K-Line interface fails to connect, check continuity and voltage on pin 71. Also ensure the ECU is correctly powered; a missing +12V on pins 12 and 13 will prevent operation.
