Ride around the upper/middle left side of Map 2.

There are exactly 2 Chuong spawns per channel in each map.

If you arrived at the "fixed" coordinates and see nothing, check the server's discord. Many server admins have "fixed" Chuong by moving him to Yellow Dragon Temple or turning him into a field boss outside the temple.

Chuong travels with a dangerous escort of Black Wind soldiers. He hits hard and can easily stunlock under-geared players. Level 35+ (with a Horse or Military Horse).

A common myth is that "fixing" the location improves drop rates.
