Unwilling to give up, Randy attempts to give himself cancer through tanning, processed foods, and finally, by irradiating his groin in the microwave. He successfully contracts severe testicular cancer, causing his testicles to swell to gigantic proportions. Now legally allowed to buy pot, Randy uses his giant testicles as a "space hopper" to bounce around town. In true South Park fashion, Randy's plan works so well that several other men give themselves testicular cancer to get high, causing an epidemic of men bouncing around town on their massive testicles. However, when their balls become too large to fit through the door of the dispensary, they are forced to protest for bigger doors, setting up the episode's final confrontation.
