To create and save your own custom presets in (or SubLab XL), follow these steps based on the interface design from Future Audio Workshop : Saving a New Preset

If you downloaded raw folders containing individual preset files, you must place them in the directory where SubLab looks for local files: ~/Music/Future Audio Workshop/SubLab/Presets/
